Biography:
Richard A. Lane is an associate attorney with Lawrence Wobbrock Trial Lawyer, P.C. A graduate of Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark, he was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1983. Richard is the former chairperson of the OSB Procedure and Practice Committee, current former chairperson of the OSB Litigation Section, and former chairperson of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association Legislative Committee. He is a frequent author and speaker in the areas of plaintiffs’ civil litigation, civil procedure, and civil legislative changes.
